BROOKLYN FILLERS - 2019 update?

Hi, everyone.. Anybody got any news from 2019?

I sent my papers in October 2019 - my status is ready for interview..
but still nothing already more than a year.

I can't reach the agent (a real person) via call - only voicemail.

Just saw that processing time is up to 46 months!!! It is so frustrating..

Oct.12, 2019: Marriage Based forms Mailed to Chicago Lockbox
Oct.14, 2019: USCIS Received
Oct.312019: Got text messages and emails.
Nov.3, 2019: Got mail I-797
Nov.10, 2019: Biometrics Appointment Notice Arrived
Nov. 20, 2019: Fingerprints done
Nov. 21, 2019: Fingerprints was completed
Dec. 21, 2019: Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview
