I-485 - Case was transferred to a new jurisdiction

Hi All, when i tried to post something, it is showing as unapproved with green background. How to resolve this?

Hi All,

This is my first post in this forum but I have been watching this for a while. Here are my details:

I am EB1 C straight filer:

I-140 - Submitted on 11-Jan-2021
I-485, EAD, AP applied - 09-Jun-2021 (submitted medical along with this pack)
Biometric done in Aug 2021
EAD, AP approved and received in Dec 2021
I-140 REF received in May 2021
I-140 RFE responded in 1st week of Sep 2021 and I-140 approved in 28 Sep 2021
I-485 Transferred from TSC to NBC on 4th Oct 2021
Case changed to 'Case Remains Pending' on 26th Jan 2023 (the reason is Visa # is not available and regressed)

However, my PD is Jan 2021 but Tire 1 agent keeps saying that it is processing at normal time and that we cannot raise an SR. However, I managed to raise a tier 2 call-back request and waiting for another 30 days.

Appreciate, if someone advise what are all options I have to reach out Tier 2 agent.

We did a concurrent filing under EB1C on 5/18/22, Biometrics 7/8/22, August 20, 2022, fingerprints relating to your Form I-131 applied, September 13, 2022, we approved your Form I-140, September 17, 2022, EAD delivered, September 27, 2022, case transferred to NBC. Dec 12, our case was updated with RFIE - medical and I got in the on the 17th Dec.

my I-485, spouse, and daughter got approved today but my so's application is still pending. Is anybody with such experience?

1/4/2023 Status updated to we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number ##### USCIS has begun working on your case again. We will send you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.

If you haven't submitted your medicals already, it's most likely medical RFE. You should receive the notice within a week.

Yes, you are right I got the medical in the post this AM. I will be scheduling ASAP and hoping is the final stage in the process before approval 😀
