  • Looking for Similar cases

    Hi

we applied with concurrent filing 140 and 485 adjustment in Sep 2022 with May 2013 priority date and then the dates retrogressed oct 2022. I would like to know if there are people who did the same in Sep 2022 and their dates became current in recent months say Priority Marc 2013 or April 2013 etc. What were their timeline from date becoming current , getting notified by USCIS and what stage is it now? Basically looking at guesstimating timeline for EB2.

    Hi,
Yes. Some people who filed I-140 and I-485 together in September 2022 with priority dates around early 2013 have recently seen their dates become current. Many of them have already received their green card approvals in 2024–2025. But once a date becomes current, the time it takes for USCIS to finish the case can vary a lot. It may be a few weeks, a few months, or sometimes even longer. It depends on how busy USCIS is, whether they need more documents, background checks, and which service center is handling the case.
    Thanks

I am in similar boat. Filed in late 2020, but the dates retrogressed and today my date is current again (Apr 2013). I will let you know if I see any update from USCIS
