Priority Date for my Green Card application is July-2009. Looking at the way dates progressed in past 2 months, i am hoping it might get current very soon. Now my problem is i came to India for a visit and now got stuck here due to additional admission processing. I have received an email from VFS saying that my case has been sent back to USCIS for further review and possible revocation. I had all the documents including client letter, but it seems they put my case on additional processing due to Employer-Employee relationship. Currently i am working in EVC model and due to the nature of my job, i am being allowed to work from India.
Now my question is what would happen to my Green Card processing, if my H1B application gets revoked?
Also would i be able to go for Consular Processing if dates become current?
After priority date become current, how soon i have to file 485?
