I come to US with my Own expense on last week (monday-17 june 2002) and little hesitate to report to sponsoring employer eventhough they given offer letter signed by HR manager in USA for 65,000 $ per annum for Consular processing Interview(india).......The offer letter shows that Upon entry into the USA, we'll pay 65,000$ salary.....I'm in Florida..But my office of Sponsored Employer in Boston....At present staying with my friends home in florida.....

Already I did SSN & Change of Address in Post office...

Is it possible I can goto Boston and report to my sponsored employer .....

If they tell me that why you came to USA without inform us ....Is it risky...?

Or If I tell them that Since u didn't call me to USA,
I came to USA with my own expense and Is it a legal argument ?

What they will do at maximum...Is it possible they can withdraw the I-140 filing for Green card for me which they sponsored or inform to INS......?

Or I can go back to India and come back to USA again
with my own expense.....

Or Just oneday I can goto Sponsored employer(Boston)
and report them.....If they asked to goback to India
what I've to do....(But already have job offer from X company..So with that I can stay for a month or two)...
Is it legal...
