Hi All,
I have received a notice for request for additional evidence for my I90 to replace my green card.
I applied to replace my green card because my birthdate was wrong in it. It was a uscis error. And I sent my original green card along with my application and I mentioned that in my covering letter also.
However now I have received RFE stating "please send original permanent resident card and photocopies are not accepted".
Any suggestions on what to do? Is it a good idea to take infopass and meet the office and explain that I have already sent my original green card along with my application? Or how do I respond to the RFE?
Thanks in advance.
Gerald Leslie Jones.
