Temporary green card received. First reentry expires 3/11/19. Question

I recently received my two years conditional green card. My first reentry card expires on 3/11/19. I want to renew my reentry. When I file form I-131 do I need to pay the filing fee and biometric again?

What do you mean by "reentry card"? Do you mean Advance Parole or Re-entry Permit? You don't need (and cannot use) Advance Parole now that you are a permanent resident. Re-entry Permits are issued for 2 years and so it's strange that yours is already expiring if you just became a permanent resident.

Thank you for your quick reply. Yes it's the combo card, Advance Parole and work permit card that is expiring on 3/11/19. So you say that I don't need to renew it now that I have my green card?

That's right. You don't need Advance Parole anymore.
