Hi,
When I was entering US after staying outside US for 10 months at the airport I was told to either give up green card or go in front of judge, but I was advice if I do that judge may stop me coming to US for 5 years. So I had decided to give up my Green Card voluntarily so I can enter US on visa waver program. Now how do I go about getting back my Green Card?
Any help will be appreciated.
