I-759 Petition To remove Conditions Receipt

I filled an I-751 for myself and 2 children (ages 16 and 13) and received an I-759c but only for myself and my eldest child. Does this mean my youngest is missing this and therefore can't leave the country OR that my youngest is covered by my I-759c? Our green card expires in August 2019.

Call uscis .. tell them u didn’t get your younger son letter
