I751 pending do I need ADIT stamp

I have a pending I751 application. My 18 month extension will be ending this month, do I need to get a ADIT stamp as a proof to keep my status? I also have a pending N400 application.

Yes. You should get an ADIT stamp.

Even if you don't get the stamp, you will remain in status as a legal permanent resident; you just won't have proof of it. It's a good idea to have proof of permanent residency at all times, so you should get it. But if you don't, it's unlikely to be an issue unless you need to leave the country or run into a CBP checkpoint within 100 miles of the border or something.
