Request for Initial Interview, after receiving my Green Card. Any ideas what to do?

I received my GC a little less than a month ago. But, yesterday, I got another Request for Initial Interview. Looks like an error, but it freaks me out. Have anybody had to deal with this issue before? Any advise would be very appreciated.

Is your card a valid 2 years or 10 years, does the card have errors on it?
