I would have to de-identify it and quite honestly, I do not know that I would have time to do that. BUT I am glad to share with you the Table of contents that I used as a guide for my AOS and ROC.

For AOS, I submitted evidence since the time I met my husband. For ROC, I submitted evidence since the date of the marriage. There was some overlap, of course.

Quick question: on your letters (I-797), is the petitioner same as the beneficiary? Was thinking the petitioner section should be the US citizen spouse or is it same for everyone?

My case was updated on 07/22:
Case was updated to show the fingerprints were taken..

The letter I got says the biometric fees will not be refund. Honestly, it’s fair since I’m not using the service to take my new biometrics, they are just recycling it

I had a baby while I was with my conditional green card, does that speed up the process for the permanent green card? I have just applied for the I-751.

Nop it would not speed it up. But it’s definitely a solid undeniable evidence. Good Luck.

SantaAna: you received 2 extension letters? Normally you either receive a 18m if you applied before September. And 24m after September.

Actually people with their I751 pending after sept 4 are also getting the new extension letters. California service center has been sending everyone new extension letters. I have not seen other service centers send any.
