Anyone entered after over a year away on a Green card

Have been waiting for a vaccine to travel from Asia back to the US, obviously US was really bad case wise for so long, so decided to over stay the year requirement. Wondering if anyone has entered in a similar situation and what it was like. Current guidance is allowing the boarding without further questions for valid Green Card holders, but what one needs to have/prepare for the immigration officers? Thank you
