    HI,

I am in same situation. Received date i-751 on Dec'2020.
In Nov 2021 got 24 months extension.
    No update since.

You must be close to it now or must have already gotten the GC, right?

Same situation here. Looks like they are going to take full 24m for approval. My timeline is below.

        March 11, 2021 case received
        Nov 21, 24m extension
        Mar 9, 2022 filed N-400

I was hopeful that my case got transferred to another processing center after N400. But nothing happened. On same boat with yall with the waiting game. I understand it's unfair for East Coast people like us got assigned to this center. While TX and CA got approval within 4-12 months time frame.

Any update from Potomac Service Center ?

I hope Potomac Center start working fast as USCIS has made changes on I751 cases because they have huge backlog on I751.

USCIS Implements Risk-Based Approach for Conditional Permanent Resident Interviews

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) today announced a policy update to adopt a risk-based approach when waiving interviews for conditional permanent residents (CPR) who have filed a petition to remove the conditions on their permanent resident status.

Let's hope for the Best guys !!!

            Hi Larry,

Your timeline says that you filed N-400 *one year* after your I-751 submission. But my understanding of the N-400 eligibility criteria is this: a green card holder has to wait 5 years to apply for N-400. But if you filed your I-751 petition 2 years after you received your conditional green card, then you would have filed your N-400 *only 3 years* from the issuance date of your conditional card, which seems to be short of the 5-year waiting period. So I was wondering if I understood the N-400 eligibility criteria incorrectly. Could you please explain to me about this? Thank you so much in advance. (I am also waiting for I-751 decision, but I am far from the 5-year waiting period for N-400. I hope my understanding is wrong so that I will be eligible sooner than I thought).

Eric, you can apply for N400 90 days prior to your 3rd year of marriage to us citizen. I been resident since June 2019. That make filing in March 2022 eligible. Check the N400 eligibility worksheet/tool online, it will show you how. .
In short, you can apply for citizenship while your I-751 is pending. You will likely have a combo interview during your citizenship appointment.

                          Hi all.
                          I apllied for i-751 on 10/28/2020.
                          My GC expired on 01/17/2021.
Received 18 mo extension in Nov 2020.
File updated with fingerprints in July 2021.
Received 24 mo extension in Nov 2021.

Outside of processing time on their website now says Feb 2023.

Which is totally great (sarcasm) since my extension of expired GC expires 01/17/2023.

12/06/2022 I called and tried to set up Infopass for Montgomery, AL. They have until 01/05/2023 to call me and schedule Infopass. Which all of will happen after my extension expires.

                          I'm so stressed.

Hi, did you manage to get the Infopass appointment?

It took me forever to get a real person on the phone, they listened to me, hopefully wrote down everything and then told me someone from that field office will reach out to me in 30 days... I miss those days when you can go online and set up an appointment directly with office for available dates...

Hi, do you have any update?

I'm filer October 2020 and my 24 months extension is running out in the middle of January. Absolutely no update in my account since July 2021 when they added biometrics from GC.
