My H-1B expired in Dec'2003 . I have got my EAD/AP Also my company has applied for H-1B extension for next 3 years.I would receive my H-1B approval sometime in March'04 or may be April.But visa stamping would take another 2-3 months.
I have to attend my sister marriage in April'04 in India. Is it ok to travel abroad using AP..I heard once AP is used H-1B would be canceled.
other option is if i get my H-1 approval before leaving for India , i can stamp it over us embassy in India .
Can some one help me which would be better choice ?
