Date of Receipts Currently Being Processed

I saw a web site that tells the date of the receipts currently being processed. For example it stated that my local service center was processing files(arranging interviews) for applicants with receipts dated November 01, 2002. I need to find this site or info again. Is there somewheres I can find information about what date of the receipts that the local service center is doing interviews for.

My receipt is dated prior to that date and it has me very concerned that my local service center never received information from the national office when I sent my AR-11 to the Kentucky address.

These are all over the Web.
Just sending an AR-11 does not result in updating your address for pending applications.
The instructions for the AR-11 on the USCIS website state pretty clearly that in addition to the AR-11 you need to inform the service center or district office if you have an application pending with them.
