My fiancee is an US citizen and we want to get married this year. (I'm from Germany)
He did not work at all in the past 3 years.
If he has a job now, and his income does meet the 125% poverty level, could he sponsor me or do we still need a joint sponsor?
Is there a minimum time he should have the current job?
And what happens if he loses his job later on?
