Australia entry

Hi

Can anyone tell me if it is possible for me to get into Australia by comming over to visit and finding a job.

Let me start at the begining. We are from South Africa and there is no way we are going back (crime and all) we are currently New zealand residents but we fell that we were sold a dream and New Zealand is not it. We would really like to come and work in Australia.This time we intend to visit first and see Brisbane, but we have researched Australia very well and it seems like the best place to live.

Without having to go through the whole immigration process, is there any other means of getting into Australia? I heard that being from New Zealand it is easier but Im not sure.

Any advice would really be appreciated
