hi there
i am a nurse currently working in usa ,
would like to migrate to australia
my wife is a pharmacist in india
i had ielts score 7 overall with listening 6.5 2 yrs back
any advice on our prospects of getting pr in australia
i have green card for last 1 year in usa
any help is much appreciaed

Firstly, nurses and pharmacists are in most demand in Australia. Nurses & pharmacists are able to apply for Australian Permanent residency through Skilled independent visa. Since you have less details about yourself, its really hard to guess whether you qualify for Skilled Independent visa. Skilled visa are points tested.
About IELTS test, I am so sorry to tell you that they are only valid for two years. Since your test results are at least two years old, you have to sit afresh for it.

Your USA green card has little impact on your Aus visa grant. Since Skilled independent visas are granted based on points test.
