Skill assessment

I am gathering documents for ACS skill assessment. My current employer issued roles and responsibilities letter but does not call out that I am full time employee. The company is not ready to make any changes. How can this be handled. Is it mandatory to call out that you are full time employee.

Will it help writing to acs assessment mailbox.
