Hi Everyone,
Need your valuable suggestion.
- X person has the marital status "Single" in the passport.
- X person got married later, however, passport still reflected 'Single'
- X person after 6-7 months of marriage not living with his wife from last 4 years, no divorce case nothing is logged but living separately.
- X person doesn't have a marriage certificate, as it was not applied after marriage. Now both are living separately, it's not possible to apply for the certificate as no talks happening.
- X person has to apply for Visa 482 TSS, what marital status to choose from the given option ('single', 'married', 'others'). Please note that Passport and PCC are with the status "Single".
If X person will update "Married", then they will ask for a marriage certificate which is not available. Not sure what substitute can be provided in place MC, or If the "Single" status can be updated ??
