  • Applying for a home loan!

Hi everybody, I am going to apply for a home loan and in this regard would like to get the necessary advices on that. I have taken care of all the loan requirements and I think that all are in place. But, as a pre-check, I would like to know what requirements you would consider as liable for this purpose.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

      - Choose a home that you want and sign the purchase agreement.
      - Request for an assessment of the state of Virginia. (Usually by the lender.) Call your nearest office to assist victims to obtain information about the "speed up" telephone appraisal system.
      - Application of a mortgage lender for the loan.
      - Close the loan and transfer.
      - While it can be assessed, and the lender (mortgage company, savings and loans, banks, etc.) is to collect credit information and income. If the lender is authorized by VA to do automatic processing, upon receipt of a report from the Department of Veterans Affairs or LAPP appraised value, the loan can be approved and closed without waiting for the review of the Department of Veterans Affairs to apply the credit. For loans that must first be approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs, the lender will send a request to the Office of Veterans Affairs local, which will notify the lender of its decision.
      - Despite the fact that many veterans have already used their loan benefits, it may be possible for them to buy homes again with VA financing using remaining old-old or restored loan entitlement. Contact the Office of the Department of Veterans Affairs for more local information.
