Traveling to India on Greencard

Hello,
I have a green card and I stayed in India from Dec 13th 008 to May 28th 2009 (172 days)and again I went to India on July 25th and planning to return on September 19th(56 days). Would that be a problem at port of entry as I will be staying 228 days out of the country in the same year. If I come back immediately would it be any better.
A quicker response is appreciated and thanks in advance.

My parents are going back and forth from India for the past 15 years on their green card with varying period stays? (some times more than a year)
