I am a UK citizen and earn £42,000+ p/a with a govt. sector org. company. My wife has a GC and she is with me here in UK. I am very much interested in getting a mortgage/house loan in USA to buy a house. Do banks in USA give out mortgage/house loan to foreign nationals who work outside USA.
Any inputs will be appreciated.
