Dear all:

Can some one help to guide me on Canadian immigrant visa process?

I am completing H1B visa six-year period and my labor cert is not clear yet. If believe I have to stay out of USA for one year if my I140 is not filled in USA. My company is willing to continue green card process.

I have Canadian immigrant visa and I wish to stay in Canada until I get USA green card.

My questions are
1) Can I enter in USA without any USA visa? If yes, how frequent? How long I can stay in every visit?
2) Can I work in USA based on Canadian immigrant visa?
3) What is T1 visa? Is it useful to me?
4) What are the docs required to enter first time in Canada with immigrant visa?
5) When can I get H1B again? Do I need to stay out of country for one year or as soon as my company file I140?

I have asked many questions but any help is much appreciated.
