Hello:
I have to travel to Mexico on a business trip. I am in the US on H1 visa. My H1 expires in 2009. My I-94 has the same date (2009).
My question is -- do I need to surrender my I-94 when I cross the US border to go to Mexico? Or I can carry it with me when I go in to Mexico. I am planning to return to the US within 4 days.
