I am working in US on my EAD card and will get my H-1 in coming sept.My parents want to come to visit me .so can they come as my dependants on my EAD or on my H-1??or they have to take normal visitor visa??their visitor visa got rejected 3-4 years back so we don't want to risk it this time..
what is the best way to come to USA??
