canada toursit visa form mistake

Dear sir,
Iam from India I have apply Canada tourist visa in 2017 with my wife the visa has been granted I already travel Canada ones without wife .
My Wife is graduate and she has work experience of accountant assistant for 5 year.
But while submit my wife visitor visa form my agent mistakenly show my wife as homemaker.
So now I want to apply for express entry or any other option for immigrant to Canada and My main applicant is my wife
Now I am confuse whether should I apply or not because her visitor records is home maker

My wife have salary slip for last 4 year and ITR as well it's genuine documents .
I don't understand what to do pls help regarding this

Well, this might be counted as an inconsistencies in your wife's personal and work experience history. While submitting application for permanent residency, Canadian government asks you to list your detail like, travel history, educational history, work history and personal history. There should be no gaps in this history.
