Documents needed to travel to India after an arrest record

Hi everyone,

I was arrested few months back on Leaving the scene of an accident charges with property damage. My insurance has accepted all liability & my attorney said the case should be amended without a criminal conviction. However the court has continued the case till January 30th. I have already booked my tickets to India departing on December 26th & returning on January 17th. Kindly let me know what documents I need from the court to show the immigration officers while returning to US.
