Long story short i have a 3rd degree felony of using fraud papers. My Lawyer advised me to do a post conviction relief because its my first time commiting this. He wants to do an emotion to go to court to at least bring it down due to me being here illegally. I am scared if i should do this or not. He says its better to bring it down or erase with this.
