Hello,
I am in USA and I live in Florida almost 4 year, ( now I holder green card 10 year)
on March 10,2015 , I had gone to Bealls at Ormond beach,FL
I make a big mistake in my life, I Peti Theft f/ merchant 812.015(2)
The store caught me and they call the police). Then the police caught me to his car and make fighter print of me and give me ticket and told me I"ll get the letter from court about my case.
The ticket I got from police it charge
1.knowingly endeavor to obtain property belonging to the Victim (Bealls) with the intent to deprive the merchant of possession and full retail value of property.

4.The Def did so by taking and concealing the listed property on her purse.
5. Property :Misc clothing items ,Value $ 283.00

7.the Def attempted to leave without paying for the property, passing all point of sale with no intent to pay. The offense was observed by witness who loss prevention employee for business.
The Def a trespass warring which I withness and explained to the Def. The Def was issued an NTA.
03/23/15, I came for my Oath Ceremony at 9 am. But the USCIS say I they say I can't be citizenship today because I got charge ( the
paper I got from police it write The Def was issued an NTA).
This is my first time that I bad in my life and don't know how I do it!!! I can't change what I done.
Can you advised me about my case please,
1.Can I still get Citizenship?
What I have to do? ( I went to my Oath ceremony on 03/23/15 but Uscis tell me, I can't get citizenships today and I'll get letter from USCIS)
2.What gonna happen to me when I appear at the court?
3.Did I gonna go to jail? (This is my first that I do something bad my criminal history is clean)
4.Can USCIS will removed my green card because I got charge?
I live in palm coast ,FL and I don't have that much money for hire the lawyer.
Please advised me what should i do about my case.
