489A - Domestic violence case
Hello,
I'm working in USA on H1B and my green card is in initial stage (PERM),My wife and kid (Both on H4 visa) staying currently with me.
Recently my wife's sister-in law(Brother's wife) filed a Domestic violence case(In India) and included my wife name and her parents and her brother. The case is still in pending and i hope it will take few months for judgement.
What problems will face in the future, in terms of my wife's green card and her H4 visa extension.
I'm worried for her any help/suggestions much appreciated.
