  • inadmissable form I 192

Hi there, I was found inadmissable to the US couple of months ago. I am Canadian. I wanted to fill out the application for the waiver,
    But have one question.
With the application, do I need to send my passport in for the entire time as of the application? the reason I am asking, I travel to Europe
for work, and would need my passport.

Also do they still require reference letters (i have no previous convictions or arrests anywhere, I happen to be with the wrong person at the border and was also denied entry :-( )

    Pls help

    thank u

I drafted an I-192 for myself, that was ultimately approved. On what grounds did they find you inadmissible? They should have given you some documentation or written something into your passport, when you were rejected from the Port of Entry.

When you go file your waiver application, CBP officers will probably examine and copy your passport, and then return it to you.
