I have a misdemeanor crime (stalking) in my record,it happened 15 years ago and now I'm about to file I-485 based on family,my wife is U.S Citizen.
I just want to know....
- if this crime will affect my case.
- if I will have the opportunity to explain what happened 15 years ago with this incident at immigration interview.
