    you mean how can you come to the US to escape conviction in your home country? you can't, if the customs and border officers even have a hint that something like that is going on, they'll more than likely put you on the next plane back to your home country. there's a huge stance against criminals in the US, and what you would experience is the same that a USC who's a convicted criminal and were trying to re-enter the US after having left for whatever reason would experience.
