Vacation To India while DV case is still pending

I m under DV case 4 and taking up probation clasess under Stipulated order of continuance, for almost 9 months now. Still 3 months of class is pending. At this point in time, I need to go to India for a vacation. I checked with my attorney and probabtion office, though they say some risk is associated, while coming back, they have given letters, saying that I can continue the class once i m back within 3 weeks. Still, I m worried if there would be any problem while coming like kind of deportation or so.

Only by june I can go ahead and file for dissmisal of case. is it advisable to go to India for vacation?

It seem like you got a bad deal. A DV case with probation resulting in a dismissal from a plea is considered a conviction for immigration purposes.

Talk to an immigration lawyer before you go out of the country or go for a visa.

can you please explain me what do you mean by go 4 a visa?
