Can you order your own criminal background check?

My wife has a shoplifting charge that was supposed to be expunged. She is a 10 year green card holder and is due to renew in 2021.

We'd like to go the better safe than sorry route and peek at her criminal record before filing to make sure there are no surprises.

Is it possible to order the same criminal report they will do when she files for renewal?

Even if the record was expunged, you need to list it on the greencard renewal forms (I-90) if asked.
Immigration does not care if the record was set aside, expunged, sealed etc.
Yes, you can order an FBI background check

They do bankground checks when you do fingerprints for biometric.
