Hi,
I am eligible for Citizenship based on a 5 years rule;
I have a conviction record: in March 2009 I was arrested for patronizing a lady in Queens, NY
I pleas guilty to a lesser charge , penal code 240.20 which is Disorderly conduct,; its not a CIMT, it does not leave a criminal record
I had no probation time and this is my only record over 10 years in US;
I know the decision the IO will make is discretional: if I prove googd moral characheter I will pass, other wise no;
How many of you have PASSED with this record?
How many chances do you think I have to pass?
