getting GC if spouse had misdeamenor charge?
Hi,
I recently got married and my husband is above to file 485 with spouse details and I am afraid to do as I was previously charged as misdeamenor 4 years ago for shop lifting. They even took my finger prints. I am currently on H1. My husband doesnt know about this. If I let him allow to enter my details in it, Am I risking his chances for his green card? I care about his green card than mine. So, what do u think I should do? Do I need to convince him with just to enter his details?
Also, I dont even know how to convince him as my husband is still kind of stranger to me( its just been 3months since we got married and it is arrnaged marriage. We dont even stay together because of our jobs. Does this ruin my marriage?)

Also, can anyone help me with the template for writing a pardon letter so that I can ask for pardon to the State Governor? Is there any chance of accepting my pardon?
