Hi there,
Have received my EAD and am now applying for jobs and one is via Adecco, they want to do a background check on me and am worried as was arrested and convicted back in UK in 2009 for drink drive offence of which I got community service for.
Will Adecco be able to see this as have been told any conviction over 6 years old is a 'spent' conviction, will this harm my chances of work?
