My PD is also Sep-20 and I already got my EAD from FEB-23 (1 month ago).
You MUST EXPEDITE YOUR EAD IMMEDIATELY !!!!!

If I'm not wrong. you can work 180 days after the expiration date, if you had sent your documents for the new EAD card.

Yes. All EAD will be processed in NBC.

I filed the "Out of normal processing time" service request online today. Waiting three weeks to maybe or maybe not get an answer as to why you've already waited so long just seems sick. I foresee some telephone time with a tier 2 officer in my near future.

Me too. But I am renewing my EAD card. And my pd is 9/20. This waiting is helpless.
