  • First time EAD - filed in November

I filed my I-765 form for my EAD (I'm with an L2 visa).
Received a mail from the California Service Center saying they received my file on November 6 and submitted it on November 15. But there was no updates in my case since.
Do you know how long would it take to get my EAD approved?
Anyone who filed in November and got their EAD approved?

It takes 3-5 months to process your EAD https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/. So you're looking at April- if you haven't heard anything from USCIS after the 150-day mark, you should call customer service and ask for a tier 2 officer and they will usually help you out.
I filed in November as well, but since I needed my EAD ASAP I got it expedited and I'm finally getting it in a weeks time.
