Hi all,
My case is at the NBC, my receipt date is January 31. I received an rfe on February 20 and sent the response back on April 26. Rfe was tax related. I am processing my EAD in the c9 class. I was wondering if I could/ should file an expedite based on financial loss.... See I have almost 12k in credit card debt. And can only make minimum payments since I'm living off my savings. Here is my question. Would this be an issue for my GC interview?
