Hello All,
I have applied for L2 EAD renewal for my spouse while my L1 extension was in progress.
With my L1 extension receipt notice, I have submitted the I-765 for my spouse and got the receipt notice for the same. Processing fee $410 also debited from my account for this case.
But unfortunately, my extension got denied. Recently, I have appeared for a new L1 blanket interview and it’s approved.
Till today, there is no change in the status of the L2 EAD case number and it’s still in “case was received”.
How can I tie my new approved petition with the exiting EAD case which I was applied with my extension receipt notice?
Someone, please suggest me what could be the procedure to follow.
