Can i apply H4 EAD for my spouse, her h4 extension is filled two weeks ago.

Hi All,

I have question on applying h4 EAD for the first time.

I recently changed from Company A to Company B.
I have i 140 approval from company A
My transfer to Company B is approved till 2023 (applied in premium) also h4 extension filled for my family i have received receipt of filing (waiting for bio-metrics)
my wife have valid h4 till July 2020 with Company A validity.
She never had H4 EAD

My question is:

Can i apply H4 EAD for my wife right now with my company B approval or do i need to wait for H4 approval.

Please let me now options.
