    EAD and EB2

    Hello,
    My husband's GC application is in EB-2 category ( May 2010 PD) and I have mine in EB-3 category ( Apr 2014 ).
    We can apply for EAD now but my husband can not as he changed jobs recently and his PERM is still in process.

    So my question is - if I apply for EAD for him as my dependent, can he still keep his EB-2 application intact?
