Hi all,
I have a solid case for an expedite for my employment authorization renewal. My current one is expiring on June 18 2021, less than 3 weeks from now.
My biometrics were completed a few days ago, and I informed the case worker that I was in touch with that we can now file for an expedite. However, I haven't heard back from them in several days.
Should I go ahead and put in a service request to expedite myself? They had told me earlier that they would not put in a request if I put one in myself.
Also, is there a way to submit the evidence along with the request? I would rather not wait for them to reach out to me requesting evidence. I have the evidence ready to go right now (letters from employer, other evidence of financial loss, etc.)
