EAD but not working in usa right now + want to visit home country on Advance Parole

Hello,

Currently I am in usa and living at one of our family friend house. I got EAD 10 days back, but currently looking for job.

I also got advance parole, can I visit my home country ? do they create any problem while coming back as I am not working in usa ?

Answer: Yes. You can. There is no restrictions to travel if you hold EAD.
Do they create any problem while coming back as I am not working in usa ?
Answer: You have not mentioned under which category you got EAD. But, normally If you hold EAD, It is not compulsory that you will need to work under that. Therefore, It wont impact your journey. Other than this, Please have a valid status when you travel and come back.
