My green card is in PERM status, ithas not yet cleared labor and my H1B visa expires in September 2013.
Unfortunately I got charged with DUI recently, this is my first time and I was charged with 1st degree misdemeanor.
Is this going to impact me getting my green card? After my application clears PERM and I have to sign paperwork for INS, do I specify that my case is pending? It may take 6 months for my trial date and if I have to sign the docs to send to INS, I may have to specify it is pending, please advise if this is going to ruin my chances of aquiring a green card. Thanks
