GC processing for my wife
Hello,
i got my I140 approval today(Jan 11, 2013) and soon the I-485 processing will start. My company has also filed for my wife with my application. My question is...
1. do both of will get the GC at the same time?
2. If no, then what is the complete process. As per my knowledge, if my status changed to immigrant visa then how is is going to stay in USA i.e. i am on H1B and she is in H4 and once i get the immigrant visa, on what will be her legal status and how soon she get the immigrant visa while in USA and what is the process
3. During this period can we both make trips to India
